This Builders Neo-Classical is a common style during the early 2000’s and late 1990’s.
Out of the depths of a fire, came this Builders Neo-Classical home. Damaged during a winter fire, we demolished the original home and rebuilt this updated version. We classify this style of home as builder’s neo-classical. After the demolition, we were able to use the foundation walls. The only part of the floor plan that remained in the exact same spot was the garage. Because we started from scratch we were able to make many modifications. The home includes – Four bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a finished basement and bath. There are great interior trim details throughout the house, like wainscot in the formal dining room, built-in book cases in the study, bookcases on either side of the family room fireplace, and bookcases and window seat on the staircase landing.
