Builders Neo-Classical

This Builders Neo-Classical is a common style during the early 2000’s and late 1990’s.Builder's Neo-Classical

Out of the depths of a fire, came this Builders Neo-Classical home. ¬†Damaged during a winter fire, we demolished the original home and rebuilt this updated version. We classify this style of home as builder’s neo-classical. ¬† After the demolition, we were able to use the foundation walls. The only part of the floor plan that remained in the exact same spot was the garage. ¬†Because we started from scratch we were able to make many modifications. The home includes – Four bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a finished basement and bath. There are great interior trim details throughout the house, like wainscot in the formal dining room, built-in book cases in the study, bookcases on either side of the family room fireplace, and bookcases and window seat on the staircase landing.
